The bed and linen were incredibly comfortable, and the location was superb with the beach and various amenities just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The room had great features, such as a mini fridge, safe, rain shower, and ample space. The pool, although small, was still enjoyable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a junior suite, which was spacious and luxurious. The bathroom, although small, had a great shower and was well-designed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The hotel's restaurant offered delicious mixed fruit and mango juices. we had an unforgettable stay and would definitely return.

The hotel's heavenly design offers a unique experience. The outdoor pool is so narrow that you can practically swim with your neighbors. The extra charges for laundry and dry cleaning are just the cherry on top.
Who needs relaxation and rejuvenation when you're surrounded by gaudy angels and loud tourists?

I recently stayed at the Kuta Angel Hotel for a week-long vacation with my family. The location of the hotel was incredibly convenient, with Kuta Beach and various fast food restaurants just a short walk away. We were also pleasantly surprised to find halal restaurants within a 15-20 minute walking distance. Additionally, it was comforting to see that the hotel is sensitive to the needs of Muslim guests, offering kiblat direction for prayers. The staff was also accommodating, promptly providing us with a new room when the AC in one of our rooms malfunctioned. The rooms were clean, spacious, and had unique names instead of numbers, which we found charming.
Totally recommend this hotel.

This remarkable hotel was chosen for me by my director, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in many ways. One of the outstanding features of this hotel is the onsite spa, which boasts four treatment rooms. I had the opportunity to indulge in some truly revitalizing treatments, including Ayurvedic therapies and aromatherapy sessions. The skilled staff at the spa ensured that I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. the hotel offers a range of beauty treatments, including manicures and pedicures, allowing guests to pamper themselves during their stay. It was a truly indulgent experience that left a lasting impression.
The only minor drawback I encountered during my stay was related to the bathroom facilities.

This hotel's location is perfect - right by the beautiful beach and shopping areas. It's also very close to the airport, which is a big plus. the rooms are comfortable and nicely designed with individual names instead of numbers. the friendly staff will take care of your luggage, and the breakfast meals are filling and delicious.
The bathroom needs renewal, as the door doesn't close properly, and the amenities are inadequate.

During my recent business trip to Bali, I had the pleasure of staying at the Kuta Angel Hotel - Luxurious Living. This hotel was chosen by my director, and I was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience.
There were baby cockroaches in the toilet, room, and cupboards, along with a dead fly lying on the floor.

We stayed at this luxurious hotel for our one-night stay before our flight. The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to the beach and all the shops and restaurants in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, especially when the lift was under maintenance and we had to use the stairs with our heavy luggage.

Close to beach, great facilities, amazing location
I had a fantastic stay in this hotel with my friends. We arrived early in the morning and were really hungry, but the staff at the hotel were very cute and gave us good directions to nearby restaurants, including one that was open for delivery even at that late hour! The location of this hotel is just perfect - it's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the immediate area to choose from. The hotel facilities were fantastic too, including a great bar and restaurant. Plus, super tidy and well-maintained.
Everything was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

I absolutely adored the elegant and sophisticated decoration throughout the hotel. The beautiful artwork and tasteful furnishings created a luxurious ambiance that made me feel like I was staying in a grand palace. The general areas were well-maintained and very accessible for us senior folks. Everything was conveniently located, making it easy for me to explore the surrounding shops and restaurants without having to walk too far. It was truly a wonderful experience.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff, especially in catering to the needs of us senior guests. The children working there seemed a bit unaware of the extra care and attention that older guests may require.
